X Teams Distributed Leadership In Action – Now Available for Purchase! In this presentation, Prof. Stephen Roth and his team propose how we can better engage teams globally to generate more sustainable talent. In their game plan, they generate new talent for an existing team through community engagement and community engagement advocates (CAEAs). Why Define Expertise?
