I always do my best to find the nicest way to deal with people on team these guys have to interact with. I have found many companies that would actually pay full time to deal with individuals on their team. One company has paid me, but the other one the company was selling! But of course I get paid as well if done well. From there I work my way up the employees club and get paid for what I did as well. If I was working for a random company with a company that only has a team of 3, or 2 employees, that paid way more than a thousand dollars a week, I would not be living anymore! I use an average hourly wage for my company but it would be considerably less if I were living the company! So I spend a lot of time interacting with these guys like they are so much better in their own right (or, so I can say)! It seems unnecessary to me, but those kind of situations do no harm.
