Introduction This is a review of both the scientific literature and published papers on the topic, especially related to the development and implementation of the concept of’peace’. The author first discusses the most controversial and most relevant research of major Canadian nationalists, particularly Martin Picardi and Greg Vavilov, and shows how various versions of the concept are currently being debated at the National Conference on Peace. One would think there was a good deal of conceptual confusion and many potential problems and topics. This paper focuses more closely on the problems with the concept, where there exists a reference to a peace process outlined in Part 3 (Contemporary Canada). The recent discussions with China over such issues is not all that impressive and a big enough deal to constitute a major deal-making effort to further the border issue. A large part of that talks are among the foremost efforts by American policymakers and have a significant influence on the Chinese economy now that the border issue is resolved.. Both Trump and both Republicans have been vocal in attacking American policies which have been undermined in the US Administration and other countries who have made great efforts to negotiate the border issue under the United States.
