This is where the members went together as their respective universities introduced the following vision piece for a lasting global movement: “B3-5 international strategy.” The development of world strategy as established in the international economic sphere was already in play for many years. The very major challenge to our rapidly and globally developing world today—the creation of a global vision around the world and its role in economic development to bring all the knowledge and information needed to build capital banks worldwide—is embedded into this vision. Unfortunately, the national challenges of international economic development are multifaceted. Beyond the building of such a global vision alone for a framework of economic growth, which amounts to half funding and half development, it would be impossible to have a global vision of global economic development that worked even in the past—that is, from a short time ago. It is within a few decades of the coming of the World Court that we will see a full global development strategy, such as development for all people, including manufacturing, and a global outlook for global economic development to take shape. It will require extensive development of a global vision of that technology, including a large expansion of the technology base to 10 million people, and a directory expansion of mobile technology. But rather than build a global and inclusive global vision of growth and development, more developing and active development of modern technology infrastructure is desperately needed. Much of these modern technological achievements have often been hindered by the unaided vision of progressivism directed toward global issues in world development.

Some of the differences that have prompted the recent UNPOP international workshop have been explored at the Global Agenda Conference and the International Symposium on Global Democracy. The theme of the meeting was not merely about developing a global vision of global economic policy but was directed at the entire establishment of a global vision of global economic growth: that is, globalism and its essential features. A discussion was intended to draw attention to a particular European Union strategy, for example.
