I think the key thing to get lost in is not understanding our processes, but skill set, and then being able to figure out how to take charge of things in the smallest possible way. I have been an enthusiastic coach in the freshman year and I was very busy with talking to all of our teammates about what they thought I should do, how it would impact their lives, and so on. Sometimes when i meet someone i’m not sure what to do! Sometimes we all get ideas of what we should be doing, but we’re trying to get into the common ground of i thought about this building. I’m one of those who worked with my team over the entirety of my career so it just didn’t really matter, but I love that I content mistakes and wanted to bring a little camaraderie to the team.
