For the better part of the last three months, I have spoken to many staff about how the numbers are, or are not, misleading. Too bad, most IT professionals would disagree, but these people are not stupid or misinformed like we are as IT and HR professionals. So at this stage I want you to think about all those necessary steps needed in order to get to that perfect IT team that is your future. The real question is, why wasn’t this team starting in June or August? That’s more or less as ridiculous as I have predicted. I am not an IT professional, but I am in the business of knowing the future of an IT team in the near future.

It is not about the quality of software, it’s about the current state of IT teams and the proper culture that wants to use one team to solve the particular job of managing complex things. I have a feeling that what we are doing will have absolutely nothing to do with our current IT field, or our capability in IT. For the most part we will make the list as things change, but change in every way. And as these changes come along, we will consider changing, getting all versions of our legacy software right, and then we will enter the future to explore how we can transform it.
