Natureview Farm is a multi-use project developed, managed, administered and operated by a farm association. It comprises a project with 75 acres in a designated county; a commercial hub, which will occupy a small portion, until a real estate development happens; and a large dairy area currently under development. The farm was started in 2001 by Daniel Davis of the University of Oklahoma. In 2013, the farm gained a second major lease in 2014. This lease was designated 40 acres of land, approximately a 7 percent gain, which was financed by the FERC. The FERC is a federal agency based in Washington. Its approach is to consult with the affected parties to obtain their informed consent to the proposed complex for a “Buy/ sell”razing. The Farm comes with several environmental measures, such as the annual rainfall mitigation plan, annual waste reduction plan and the Conservation of Rural Areas, a landowner’s agreement with the County or village. Those who rely on the Farm should make their due and request that the Agriculture department make a statement regarding the Farm, although it is not necessary. Some of the environmental action and project details are in English.
