International Entrepreneurial Bibliography (CABR) Volume The second volume in the City of London’s Business and Global Leadership magazine focus on five new companies and their founders and current leadership (particularly two that face an intriguing challenge). From this our focus is, for the first time, a detailed history of the London-based small-scale teambuilding company. [1]In the first of the programme, the first speaker is David Lutch, an entrepreneur and London-based expert on creativity and creative business strategy, writer, and manager. From the second speaker, a first-year graduate of the University of Cambridge, this talk will examine company leadership strategies; take you through their challenges and their connections to entrepreneurs and influencers in Britain and beyond. I can say that perhaps this talk is critical given the tight times and stress of working in city London such as leading their community around issues and activities. For the first time a London-based entrepreneur who is employed with a full range of businesses, including the biggest UK city, the Coothes Quay, could address the challenges one and all too often bring. The first address will be, of specific help, to the people who launched the most successful industry in the first century and we hope to see this piece of work published in today’s Times and other trade publications. In this talk David will give a first-person account of the city’s challenges through topics in entrepreneurial mind, research and ideas: as an entrepreneur and as one of London’s very first city librarians, alongside a range of London friends. In this role his focus (and understanding) will be the focus on problems in the capital city of London, and his focus for the next 50 years will be to tackle the city’s opportunities as a London-based entrepreneur. What has emerged from those talks is that their main focus remains the City of London in the modern and multicultural times.

David will introduce new entrepreneurs who have been in his business since the 15th century; on which he will argue for changes in the definition of micro- to large and at what value individual entrepreneurs are being paid. Over 200 people represented the first major cohort of Londoners in the region and will be given specific ideas, projects and initiatives relating to the British entrepreneurial spirit and its impact on London’s innovative economy. He will also give a good practical address to small and Mid-Year Leadership sessions, as well as ten sessions of what he has dubbed the one-stop-shop-diversity-experience (OTY). What exactly is the OTY? In this talk, David will provide the context for this introduction, highlighting the various causes of an OTY and a wide range of challenges as well as challenging questions from the larger question. The first step will be a presentation by Mr Michael Moore, to answer this question in a wide range of circles, including the wider City of London circle. The next three years will be dedicated to an autumn lecture on the role of leadership; they will also include two interviews with some of the best current leadership in Britain today. Throughout this presentation, David will review all the literature on leadership and leadership in the City of London. What has been mentioned in each talk is not really what he is looking for here. However, here we just have a glimpse of the breadth of the city’s leadership profile. With the first in particular, David sets out to highlight the role of leadership in the city centre as the new leader of the City of London.
