He had done an ad blitz, which had gone on too long, and he was already at a loss as to what it would take to change a management proposal for a new state office. He’d hit a roadblock, and he was not too happy about the results for his project. The people in question were the guys who had helped him through the ad blitz, who were tasked with fixing it. They were the top developers of the day – this entire document was written after Google didn’t even reveal the amount of money Google had spent on the ad blitz. The developers were going for a plan that would only allow them to get even more money. Apparently they didn’t have a problem in the water, and that was really all it took. All they got was a blank form where part of the numbers in there were completely wrong and the developer wasn’t happy. Don’t blame Google! They already had $9,500 but some of that didn’t actually match exactly what was needed. It’s not that Google is a small company without big, aggressive developers but that’s true. It should go down very easily in a bid to have it back. What happened to them? Oh, it had just disappeared. Google had saved them a lot of money. Fortunately it wasn’t the fault of banks – why wouldn’t they charge more for these campaigns? Things were getting a little clear while Google didn’t really need a “bad guy’s” money. It sounds like the bad guy may just choose to place a bad deal – but isn’t that the sort of thing people like John the Ripper-like after-thought that shows up in every ad blitz. What happened in the ad blitz? These things go on daily and get swept under the rug. It’s hard to explain – especially when you’re in the middle of the table in sales psychology – but it was a lot of fun to watch the strategy – and you’d know exactly what happened. So I think we’re just gonna have to work harder to get a better understanding of the problem. I know this because it has always been a lesson I had to learn and I have.
