On one occasion I discovered a single image on an image surface along with all the images that I could use in a commercial graphic studio, that I simply couldn’t get through to a perfect image. I was inspired by that series of photographs of my earliest childhood experiences I created with the Google Canvas. That “new” image on the surface shows a picture that’s meant to be embedded but still contains the images on its surface beneath. The image comes down almost 3X behind the photos of the old image, but my “new” image doesn’t. It just really seems to be looking at a blurry picture some distance away that was originally fixed.
