While this year’s federal and company SBC strategy was presented as being an improvement on many drafts, there was still one other noteworthy SBC step forward which highlighted the need to partner with State and local authorities in ensuring they have the appropriate types of products and services for customers. Many businesses were grappling with the challenges of the 21st century and the need for the public and the market to embrace the necessary product and services. Now that we are living in the modern world, we have a better understanding of the needs of customers and their challenges. In March of 2015, our community SBC Services team created an ambitious strategy to help enterprises transition from a corporate office to the local role of an SBC.
