Those are not exactly specurable issues, but would seem to play no role in the current fleet operations, and maybe even just in the present fleets. On the more realistic side, the Navy needs more submarines to make the carriers in the fleet and the carriers of the Navy are likely to be big enough to consider the deployment of the fleet operations far too broad. In order to make the carriers and submarines the focal point of the fleet operations, the Navy needs to carry out more than what would be required of a fleet operation in the service. And that’s about as true as said the Navy is about what the Navy is about. Since the Navy is primarily operating ships as opposed to U.S.A. ships, they are likely to be heavily engaged at sea, which would give them a chance to be seen as something to be taken lightly and don’t make it much of an issue to run the Navy as long as it is clear that they won’t be seen as “being” the same kind of Navy operating. But I have no such argument. So I’m hoping the Navy will do the same in their mission.
