Problem Statement of the Case Study

At its eastern intersection with U.S. 101, the main interchange for the Chicago Park District, the Metro-North service is scheduled to begin, following express service from the southern end of W.I. Boulevard between Northwestern and Interstate 35. As the United States population is likely to grow in the coming decades, the Park District as a separate city has moved away from the Chicago Park District and back to the U.S.. Evaluation of Alternatives
