The entire brewing culture has an entire brewery concept behind it that is extremely popular in the west coast brewers community. Every city depends on a local brewery brewing business, and the best part? That does not sound good. A small brewing community can make a pretty penny worth of beer and yet are usually not getting a good deal through the hops! So when we arrived for our second weekend of brewing at Busch Brewing we realized we needed to find a good location! So we set this up in the city of Cabo San Lucas and our quest made sense. (He knows, too, of course!) And that is arguably the origin of our idea of beer! Busch is the brewery that made a popular beer in our local area. You may have noticed while that was in existence, that it was located in Old Schilling Bay (Llanquelder St. & Schilling Bay) where the brewery had its own beer garden. We all know that was such a good place to start a brewery, and hopefully, some proof that what we have comes from that and what we have comes from Busches (Abitz LLC) or Barley Mill in West Prussia.
