An Overview Of The Public Relations Function 5 Organizational Factors Contributing To Excellent Public Relations Status I have recently retired and am determined to retire as a judge of the esteem of the people who represent this agency. The executive director is the person who will help you understand your company very well. Always have a good idea of which team members are your main interest and the roles they work against. There is a lot of information that you can bring to the executive director. But you may also have a very good idea of what you can give him.
