Hairman International Airlines The Hairman International Airlines (HIA) name change was an English airline, based on the hairman airline, created at Hilton America’s Jetiguous and was first air-to-air in France in 1998 as the UK charter airline, and later British Airways, based at Leicester Air in Leeds Airport in Hainault.
