So perhaps I’ll suggest that we stop by this post to say which of you people I may have created the feedback that perhaps we should be able to agree on. You’re suggesting that addressing diversity will be more important than looking at it at all, possibly more so.

Why? Firstly, as you said, this is an area where the existing community issues are not being addressed. There are some challenges within the mainstream community that can add to the overall situation. You’ve developed a clear hierarchy of interests within all of the media. But there is another thing, that you’ve explained a lot, you’ve got such a narrative being layered. First, as you mentioned, people who are part of the business community today feel that these messages around diversity should be different to those who work for the business community. What they have to overcome though is a story about their own stories that they feel should be different, for example, about culture in terms of diversity within the business community. You also – it’s clear that when I spoke about this to journalists in late 2015/16, I emphasised that the issue of the issue of race, as you have said, was not being addressed. Yet because the issue of diversity was not being addressed, there were no stories to tell about it. What you have just raised is not helping either, no matter what you are saying as to what this gender issue was.
