Adidas Human Rights Policy And Euro 2000 Proposal Against Islam The human rights policy announced Tuesday, two years after the adoption of the Euro 2000 proposal by the European Union, puts forward the suggestion that the European Union’s Human Rights Regulation Act (HARRA) with a set of laws and methods targeting the Muslim population in Europe must be revised.HARRA states that the proposal for a revision involves a constitutional amendment to contain the requirement to implement religious provisions on the consumption of Muslims.
