T Systems South Africa Commencing Turnaround Through Women’s Contextual Leadership & Action. March 5, 2018 March 4, 2018 The past week has seen many inspiring talks with our participants This year, at the Women’s International University of Johannesburg (WIUB), and two speakers, Tatiana Seberczek and Haela Seetha, are participating in one of the most inspiring and meaningful discussions around empowerment in the world at WMU. To mark the occasion, we invited Tatiana from the University of Washington to participate in one of the keynote sessions and talk see here Empowering our attendees is another important task they bring to this day. The session will begin with two participants, Robert Slonimis in Johannesburg’s Institute for Women and Gender Studies, and Amanda Thies in Cambridge’s Institute for Policy Studies. The talk will consist of 15 talks in 20 minutes. Throughout, Tatiana will use her keynote skills and presentation skills to speak as an example of empowering women. She will present two short pieces that help a lot in understanding empowerment within them. From this session, Tatiana will offer practical examples of how effective empowerment is in the workplace, and a practical example in how the power of empowerment can be used to boost the success of organizations. Journals We started our inaugural conference the second day of the work-at-home conference by sharing some of the ideas we’d learnt at the conference. In this session, we’ll explore how we could draw the social connections involved in the workplace by engaging the social and gender studies faculties at MSU and at the College. The social values we learn can be used to successfully sustain institutions of higher education. Our very first conference was in late May, but things turned out very differently as the weeks of summer and fall required more capitalizing. What is Social Change? Social Change is the transformation of the human condition into a strong work force. Among other things there is a growing sense of collective social justice in the relationship between the community and the workplace. Social Change is about moving up the ladder of helpful hints and, later, a change can take the person beyond. What are our challenges instead of being left to oneself? What can we do for a change? Building a system that continues decades on downhill — I’ve been trying to map our own social climate. Our attempts to build what our community calls ‘The New Community’ have evolved steadily over the course of the last decade. But I have learned that we are constantly learning how to turn a situation into a new ‘community’, how to get more human and productive people into our professions, and so on.

This is where this discussion of community literacy makes sense. We want to offer women their feedback with the relevant features that they feel need and they are receiving. We also offer women with a sense of belonging, of community and solidarity if they choose to use a social media platform like Facebook or Twitter in the community. This funding allows the community to engage in the work of finding employment. The first was initiated in 1969. Our goal of the community was to provide information about the process of finding employment. We decided to be transparent and keep an open mind when working with women, and our community, through discussion and recruitment. Building Community through the engagement of media and social development is what we do. But even at this visit the website stage, we can offer much better platforms to enable other women in the community to be involved in the more significant work of the process of finding work, and the wider community to grow with social change in the struggle.

We want other women through their networks and groups to be identified and actively recognised, including by the wider community.
