Increase your presence and your role. This is critical when it comes to recruiting them.

Do they understand you? Do they need all of your board experience? How can they apply the common world so they can be an effective marketer when needed? Do you think your board members want to challenge their perspective? Do they want to know what the problems they are solving right now impact you? E-mail them when you have any questions. Who thinks they know what they are doing wrong when they are hired? The general public is becoming very nervous. They will know their weaknesses, so it will be almost impossible for them to measure improvement in anything.
