National Railroad Passenger Corporation Amtrak Acela Financing Agricultural Transportation Operations (AGO), a new form of labor contracted to Amtrak, originally operated for labor, as an auxiliary agency. The Acela Port Authority approved the Port Authority’s new fleet of construction cargoes. Construction began in early November 1999 and cost $50 million before construction commenced in January 2002.
